MAC lipstick swatches: Morange, Impassioned, Girl about town

Hello darlings.

Intense lip color! :D I love it and don`t wear it as often as I`d like too... I think it`s because it requires high maintenance - you have to check your lips often and reapply or add some balm or gloss - when you use a color this strong, it has to look perfect! :D And when I work (oh yeah, I even wear such colors to work, do you know Anime lip tar? I went to my office work in that, lol) I have to speak a lot (all the time), so I eat the lipstick away.... Anyway! What am I talking about here anyway...

ON TO THE SWATCHES!

I`ll be showing and comparing the amplified finish lipsticks from MAC: Morange, Impassioned, Girl about town! Impassioned belongs to my friend, but it`s so nice I`m considering getting it myself. Also it`s very similar to Girl about town, so if you want hot pink with less fuchsia, a bit warmed tone, go for Impassioned! :D

MAC describes the colors as Loudmouth Orange (Morange), Fabulous Fuchsia (Girl about town) and Amped-up Fuchsia (Impassioned).

Half shadow, half in sunlight (oh yes, we have sunny days in Poland this winter :D).

The lipsticks are creamy and a bit shiny~ Amplified finish is so good.

MAC Casino eyeshadow GET! (swatches and eotd)

Long time no see! ( T_T)人(T_T ) ヒサシブリダ OMG, I am sorry to leave this blog without updates for such long time, but hpefully I can get back on track now. I`ve been going through some very hard times and changes, but I`ve done a lot of growing and am doing fine now... I can`t wait for Xmas, mostly because of the xmassy atmoshepre and illuminations - I want to decorate my apartment with all sorts of xmas lights and candles~

Today I`d love to share my latest GET! MAC`s Casino eyeshadow!!! v(≧∇≦)v イェェ～イ♪ I am really excited about it, because Momoko Ogihara is a heavy user of that eyeshadow and as you know, I am easily influenced by japanese gyaru-related celebrities` choices. And to be honest, following Matsumoto Ena`s, Yamamoto Yuuki`s and Ogihara Momoko`s makeup advice worked very well for me.

The eyeshadow is a copperish dark gold kind of color and it is a bit of a GLITTER BOMB! XD But I like glittery eyeshadows, so that`s not a problem. I would recommend to be careful about fallout though, covering your cheeks makes application less messy.

Swatch on skin. The finish of this one is LUSTRE, so it`s rather sheer, but it can build up to a really nice coverage, especially on an eyeshadow base, so don`t worry. You can wear it sheer or more opaque.

And here it is on my face, I used a little bit of Woodwinked eyeshadow around the outer corners of my eyes, but it`s mostly Casino. I love it! v(≧∇≦)v イェェ～イ♪ I had to buy it online though, as it is a some kind of limited edition eyeshadow - sth like Asia only? But I`m not sure. Either way it`s not available at MAC stores in Poland.

I hope to update more regularly from now on and I hope I still have some readers left!! LOL!

EOTD: Golden & Purple party makeup with fake lashes!

Hello my dears!
I've been up to well... nothing lately to be honest and my internet connection is really bad, so I couldn't post too. ;D But recently I had some fun with makeup, as I wanted to come up with makeup with Diamond Lash - Princess bottom lashes, which I found very hard o use at first, but I think now I got a hang of it and will post a review soon.

HOW TO: All the eye shadows I used are listed in the photo and accidentally I used only MAC eye shadows. How I did it, I put All that glitters all over my eyelid top and bottom, all the way to the brows on top, they lined my eyes with MUFE eye pencil, thick heavy lines. Then I just worked the eye shadows, from darkest to lightest, using Carbon first, to go over the eyeliner and spread it out and soften it, then I added Tempting and blended it, then on top of that moving upward to my brows I used all the other shadows from darker to lightest. I used Phloof! and highlight, under brows and inner eye corner. Bottom lid was just eyeliner and Carbon eye shadow, but then I decided to add more spunk to it and applied MAC My dark magic eye shadow (both colors) on top of the black, to add purple sparkle. Finally I added fake lashes, Diamond Lash Gorgeous on top and Princess on bottom. I found out that the best way to glue on princess bottom lashes is to cut them up into 3 pieces, and glue them all separately. It makes positioning them sooooo much easier! I also wore Princess Mimi Apple Green circle lens, to really make my eyes look big and dramatic! :D

Are you using sunscreen this summer...? *frown* I hope you are! ;D I got myself 3 products this year. I already introduced 2 in another post, HERE.

Here are the 3 sun protectors that I currently have & use:

1. 美白 UV プロテクター / Shiseido Anessa Whitening UV Protector (60ml) from Strawberrynet.com, SPF32・PA+++

2. パーフェクトパーリーサンスクリーンAA / Shiseido Anessa Perfect Pearly Sunscreen AA (25ml) from Ichibankao.com, SPF50+・PA+++

3. La Roche-Posay, Anthelios XL 50+ Melt-in cream, from a local pharmacy ^^ (official site: http://www.anthelios.com/)

First, the two Anessa sunscreens. First of all, I was surprised how TINY they are! The 25ml Pearly Sunscreen seriously looks like a sample... XD The 60ml Whitening Protector is a bit better, but anyway, they are both compact, small and hand bag friendly! Also the packaging is really cute~

REVIEW: パーフェクトパーリーサンスクリーンAA / Shiseido Anessa Perfect Pearly Sunscreen AA (25ml)

This sunscreen needs a good shake before you open the bottle, because it is a double consistency sunscreen (with some oils that need mixing) and it does have little pearly particles in it when you look at the 3rd photo, but applied on face (or hand, like below) they don`t really show and the effect is very very subtle and definitely no glitter-bomb on you face visible. Very natural and nice finish. It dried fast it very light (like milk, not cream), but I thought it feels a little bit oily? And I think I broke out a little bit after using it, so unfortunately this one wasn`t the best match for my skin. (;_;) Other than that, I think it`s really nice, although a bit expensive. RATING: 6 / 10 (I am disappointed that it doesn`t go well with my skin :<)

REVIEW: 美白 UV プロテクター / Shiseido Anessa Whitening UV Protector (60ml)

This one is my favorite of the 3 sunscreens! I love it! It is light, like milk, not a cream, very easy to apply, feels moisturizing and is a great base for makeup. This one doesn`t need shaking, so don`t shake it, otherwise it will explode and you`ll get too much product! XD It has a very weak pleasant smell, sets into skin very fast and is a pleasure to apply. I had no skin problems after using it, I did not get a tan nor sunburn, the packaging is perfect size to put in a bag and I think it`s the best daily sunscreen I have tried so far. I did not notice any whitening after using it, but I didn`t really buy it for whitening purposes.

The minus? It is quite expensive for such a small bottle.... But then again, it is very easy to apply and a little bit is enough for my whole face and neck, so it will last a long time! I think if you have the money, this is a very good investment! RATING: 9 / 10 (-1 for the price)

REVIEW: La Roche-Posay, Anthelios XL 50+ Melt-in cream

This one was the cheapest of the 3, I got it from a local pharmacy/drug store, as La Roche Posay Anthelios is only sold in pharmacies where I live. It came in a gift set - with after sun protection cream (Posthelios, it`s OK but I wouldn`t buy it for full price) and a cosmetic pouch. This one is definitely not a fluid/milk, but a really thick cream consistency. It says it`s a "melt-in cream" and it kinda does absorb well, but you can definitely say it`s a rich creamy CREAM. XD You can use it as a daily sunscreen I guess, but I think it`s too rich and thick for everyday for my taste. And I think definitely too heavy for mixed/oily skin. Maybe normal/dry skin (and sun allergy delicate skin) will like it better. Actually I quite like it, but I kind of think it`s a more beach/forest/swimming/outdoor activities sunscreen, not city/daily/under makeup sunscreen, BUT you can use it like that as well, if you don`t have oily skin. So allergic reaction or break outs, it takes a while to absorb into skin, but then it`s okay and my makeup stays on fine. I must say I quite like it, but I should have gotten an Anthelios sunscreen in milk consistency, not cream, because it`s easier to use daily! So I think I just should have bought another products from the Anthelios series, but Anthelios XL 50+ Melt-in cream is a very good sunscreen, tho rich and creamy, while I wanted more of a lotion-type sunscreen. My bad! :) The price is OK, and I like the product, but I like Anessa nr 2 better! :D I will definitely use this when I go bike riding/hiking, etc though, more economic! XD RATING: 8 / 10.

[sister reports!] Report from rainy Seoul, Republic of Korea!

So, my younger sister is spending her summer holidays in Korea right now and I hear she is having a great time everyday! She will be also attending a language course soon, study hard! I thought, a travelling report would be nice and asked her, to send me some photos, and she did! So here comes a current report from Seoul for You! ^^* (I will keep the picture size small, so your computer doesn't die if You have a slower connection, but you can click on each photo and see bigger size! ^^*)

First of all, meet my younger sister, G. She is 2 years younger, but over 10cm taller than me, what gives?? Gimme 5cm, You!!! XD

She made friends with a popular blogger in Seoul, Noona, too! Yay!

Bloggers are just normal, nice people, you know. ;D

Of course going to Korea means buying lots of cosmetics and reporting back to older sis (aka ME) about what interesting things are on display in stores. :)

My sister is seriously a nail art master, I'm jelly.

If you go to Korea you don't even have to think hard about what to bring back as presents, just grab lots of sheet masks and soju and soju related gadgets (like soju bottle shaped earrings) and you're done! Also, Missha Cleansing Oil aka. MY FAVOURITE oil cleanser out there!!! Get it!

NEXT PART: PARTIES AND HAVING FUN & HANGING OUT! :)

My sister went to some party and saw her idols, GD and T.O.P. (or however their names are spelled! XD). She also goes clubbing a lot, I hear, and I would really love to go to our favorite club in Gangnam, club MASS!

AND ALSO, KOREAN FOOOOOOOOOOOD! :D

LOL, I think those 2 photos sum up what foreigners live on while visiting Korea, beer+soju and mayo, ketchup and soy sauce, and other than that it's just grabbing some food in bars and restaurants, since it all so cheap and delicious! ;D

So that's the end of the Korea trip report from my younger sister! I hope you enjoyed it and are also having wonderful summer holidays! It was wonderful and I cried. (;_;)ILU)

Of course I went to see GACKT & YFC concert in Warsaw!!!!!!

I wore Tick shoes and fake lashes and all for Mr. Gackt, I hope he noticed me from the stage <333 *weak laugh* I am not joking. I was sending him love-filled looks, but at first I was too intimidated to look Him straight in the eyes, omg, lol! XD Anyway it was WONDERFUL and I am glad I met Elluin there too. :)

My Jeffrey Campbell shoes collection, so far! ;D

Hello everyone! I want to share my Jeffrey Campbell shoes collection so far. I only started getting JC shoes less than 2 months ago and the damage done so far is 4 pairs of shoes! v(^___^*)v Of course I love them all!!! I want more JC shoes! Next on my wishlist (well, the top 3 anyway) are: Foxy in Multi glitter, Tardy in black & Friend in orange!! But, that`s coming up, so far, my collection looks like this:

I love them all!!! （V＾－°）イエイ！ I just got Denmark recently, on sale, so they will have to wait till the summer ends, but when it`s cold, I`ll be wearing them everywhere! I absolutely love them and I believe they were one of the first Jeffrey Campbell shoes` pair that really caught my eye. I was so lucky to buy them at 46% OFF! ^^* Some pairs are in size 8, because I wasn`t sure what my USA size is, but turns out I am a size 7!! I will be definitely buying 7 from now on, but size 8 is also possible to wear for me, so I won`t throw those pairs out! ＾3＾）☆Chu！ Below, take a look at each pair, my thoughts and info on where I got them. ↓

The heel is 13cm, the platform is 3cm, so you still walk on a 10cm heel, but it`s a wedge, so it`s very easy to walk in and very comfortable! I got this pair together with Mary Roks and I want to wear them more for nights out. I will wear them to Gackt concert! They look super cool with leather like leggins or black tights. ^^* Those shoes just look kick ass.

I bought these together with Tick, from solestruck. They arrived fast, but they were stopped at customs office and I had to pay like over 40% off the total value in customs and tax!! (Actually I had to pay 40% tax&customs for each pair! OTL) ~(>_<。)＼イタタ But, when I got them and tried them on, I didn`t regret it at all! v(≧∇≦)v イェェ～イ♪ The heel is 11cm and the platform is 2cm, so you should feel a 9cm heel when wearing those, but guuuuurls, those shoes are comfortable like slippers! It is so easy to walk in them whole day long, no problems! The have soft padding inside and are really super comfortable, the wedge sole is stable... just great! I want Mary Roks in Black too! They are also so easy to wear with different outfits! ^^*

Actually, I saw those at the wonderful Asami`s Pink Kitten blog (this post specifically)and I totally fell in love with those shoes... But I couldn`t find them anywhere and I already just dropped some money on the first two pairs, so I wasn`t going to spend anymore. But when I saw them in my size at PLUM FOR POLLY, I just lost control! XD I had to have them, and oh man, I don`t regret it at all. Those shoes are ART! They are super beautiful, super comfortable... When they arrived I had to stop myself from putting them in my bed for the night XD Love at first sight. XD

The heel is 12cm, platform is 2cm, so we`re dealing with a 10cm heel. They are super comfortable though, I can wear them for the whole day and walk around in them and my feet were as good as new! Nothing! AMAZING. (*_*)

You might think, "Meh, white shoes, what can I wear them with? What season are they for anyway?", but you know what, you can wear them with anything, they fit so many different styles and just add the Paint magic to any coordinate. Worn with blue jeans in them, above. I also wore them bare feet, with black jeans over them, with tights... Anyway you like it. イエイ～♪ （★＾▽＾）V

This is my fourth pair and I am really proud, because I bought them ON SALE from solestruck, yay! Which means I got them for 46% off the regular price. ヽ（*＾。＾*）ノワ～イ There is a warm, fluffy sherpa lining every where inside those cute boots. The fold can be also worn up, then they look almost like Litas, with wooden heel! ヽ（*＾。＾*）ノワ～イ It`s still not season for them, but I can`t wait for autumn/winter!! The heel is 13cm and the platform is 4cm, so it feels like a 9cm heel, except more comfortable and stable!The heel is nice and thick and they are easy to walk in.

So, that`s it for now! It is my birthday on July 31st, so I really really want to get myself Jeffrey Campbell Foxy in multi glitter for my birthday, to have 5 pairs total and add a definitely summer style to my collection. Then I want the black Tardy, the orange Friend, and soooo many more.... XD It is addicting, when you get one pair, you will want more! Such bold and fierce, yet suuuuper comfortable shoes... *gasp* Just perfect! せ～の (o￣▽￣o) わ～い＼(￣▽￣o)／

I am finally posting the final, 3rd review of Tsubasa`s Bambi series circle lens. The last pair is Sesame Gray!

Princess Mimi Sesame Gray (Tsubasa Bambi series)

Shop review: Very big lens selection and good service. I really recommend that store. ^^*

One lens in, one lens out. You can see the nelargement is big! The color is gray, but it is blue-ish. It blends nice with my natural eye color, but the color change is least noticable out of all 3 pairs of Bambi lens. I think they really stand out and look amazing on dark eyes though! On light eyes, they are not so dramatic.

Both lenses in my eyes, in daylight. You can see some halo effect, blends good, looks OK.

Both lenses in, photo with flash. They only look as vibrant as in the ads when you photograph them with flash.

REVIEW!

Overall: 8 / 10 I really do like those lenses! But I gave them less points than Apple Green and Chocolate Brown, because they don`t stand out as much as the others do. I think they would look fantastic on really dark eyes though! On my light green/gray eyes, they look not super dramatic and not natural neither.

Enlargement: 10/10 ヾ(@°▽°@)ノあははぁ Well, same as the other 2 pairs! XD

Comfort: 7 / 10 I think this pair is the least comfortable of all. I even wonder if maybe I got a faulty lens? I am considering repurchasing this model later, because I dunno, they are comfortable, but one eye gets blurry all the time. (O_o) I have absolutely no problems with Green and Brown Bambi lenses, so I am thinking I just have one bad lens here by accident. Your pair should be fine and I really recommend those lenses!!! ^^*

Shop review: LikeI said before, the service is overall good and I am content with this store. ^^*

One lens in, one out. The enlargement is biiiiiiiig! The black ring makes your eyes pop and the green color is really lovely and well visible. I have gray-green eyes originally, but the definitely look more green with those lenses in!! I like how they blend with natural eye color a lot!

Indoor, no flash, but in a bright place. They look great!

Again, to take a flash photo, I went to a place that was a little darker (but not dark, I took this photo around noon in summer, so you can imagine, no dark places) and my pupils are bigger and you can practically only see the lens design, not my eye color again. I think the blending is amazing in this series and Green and Gray ones would look so dramatic and amazing, yet blend really great on dark eyes!!! I like how they turn up the green in my eyes and make the size bigger! Also very comfortable!

REVIEW!

Overall: 9.5 / 10 I really really like those lenses!! Maybe they are not as vibrant as the advertisement photo in real like, but in flash photos they really do stand out!

Enlargement: 10/10 ヾ(@°▽°@)ノあははぁ Again, biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig Bambi eyes! XD

Comfort: 9.5 / 10 Very comfortable. Felt even more comfortable that the Brown Princess Mimi.

Shop review: The service was correct, you register and have a personal online account where you can see your order status and updates. In the end, they arrived more less 2 weeks after I place my order and paid for them. Definitely will be buying again from Pinky Paradise, well organized shop with tons of lenses and lashes and other goodies to choose from. (The new GEO coffee series, helloooo....drool)

one in, one out... trolololo~ I am wearing Diamond Lashes in Celeb btw

As you can see, they give quite a lot of enlargement! The black limbal ring makes your eyes stand out more, the color blends really super nice with my natural green iris (I imagine it would look even more fabulous on brown eyes!). Also, the pattern goes all the way in, so in a place that`s not as sunny as my desk, by the window, where I took this photo, the green of my eye would be invisible, just the lenses and my pupil would be seen, thus giving me 100% brown eyes. :3

In very bright light, the colors are totally washed out, but you can see even in bright light they still look and blend very nice!

See, this is a photo with flash, but I was standing in a bit darker place, and you practically cannot see my green iris, right? I really really like the way those lenses blend with the natural eye behind them!

Well, I really really like those!!! They are definitely NOT VERY NATURAL (lol), but they sre SUPER DOLLY. I had fake lashes on and put those lenses in and looked in the mirror and said (out loud) "I look so gyaru, lol!". さすが As you could expect from circle lens produced by Tsubasa Matsuwaka! ^^* Not for everyday I think, but sooooo much fun to wear anyway! <3 And people give me compliments (like random people). (Weird). And also, I think they look silly with no makeup, so at least eye liner + tons of mascara are necessary with those lenses, ok bb?
And they game me completely brown eyes with no green peeking from underneath (at least in a not super-bright place). For which I would like to thank them and give them a hug. The grass is always greener... ;)

They make my eyes look huge, all the way to the border of freaky-deaky looking bug like huge, but not going over that border. ヾ(@°▽°@)ノあははぁ Very big enlarging effect! They will make your face look smaller and cuter, trust gurl, like Bambi.

Yup, pretty comfortable! My eyes are still a bit dry after being in this anti-acne treatment, so they will naturally dry out fast, I don`t think it has anything to do with the lenses. They are very comfortable, don`t move around and I use eye drops a couple times a day, and I can wear them like 8-10 hours no problems. (Although I think your eyes might get a bit tired if you plan to wear them all day, every day, maybe).

OTT Deco-nails + nice music

Some time ago (a couple years) buying deco-nails from japanese online auctions was my boom. I don`t buy any nails any more and some sets I lost, some I threw out, some I gave to friends, but I still have a couple left with me. One set with super cute animals (is already in my new apartment, will show you some other time) and this Pink Rose set.
The nails are long, super sweet, over the top and FANTASTIC! I hope I will have a chance to wear them soon. I recently found them in a drawer and I still do love them.... (never worn!) Got to buy nail glue now!

Well, not so good, but I am working hard on getting back to better health and mental state.

I have Princess Mimi lenses in Sesame Gray, Green Apple AND Brown! I love them all! I want to do a review with nice photos on my green eyes, but always forget... `OTL

I was wondering about getting some Jeffrey Campbell shoes for the longest time (maybe over a year now). And finally seeing the gorgeous Cherri rock their shoes like there`s no tomorrow and the fabulous Miss Mitsu getting a couple pairs, and also discovering the unbelieveable magical being, JC shoe collector, Asami, I was pushed over the thin line between WANT and BUY! XD

So first I got the 2 pairs from solestruck, that are now in customs. And yesterday I saw the ah-may-zing Mildred Paint in White at Plum for Polly and ordered them!!! (it`s a secret, so shhh...) They were just shipped yesterday. I hope I can avoid customs with this pair!

I mean, just look at this coordinate with those shoes on Asami - after I saw the photos I felt I MUST have those shoes! XD I hope they arrive fast! I will post photos and impressions!

I will also do my best to post the circle lens reviews.

Although I am not in my best health recently, I will try.

Since it is getting warmer and more sunny (and I am 26 years old and thinking about wrinkle protection), I am thinking more and more about sun protection! I actually never really liked tanning or tanned, never used a tanning bed and knowing what damage it can cause never plan to. But walking outside in the city, hands, arms, face, feet, our skin is exposed to sun. And I don`t want to get wrinkles or blemishes from sun! So, I decided to buy two new sun screens, both from Shiseido`s Anessa sun care line - official website here (very cute and animated).

I bought two:
1. 美白 UV プロテクター / Shiseido Anessa Whitening UV Protector (60ml)
from Strawberrynet.com, SPF32・PA+++
2. パーフェクトパーリーサンスクリーンAA / Shiseido Anessa Perfect Pearly Sunscreen AA (25ml)
from Ichibankao.com, SPF50+・PA+++

I read the reviews at cosme.net too, here are reviews for Anessa Whitening UV Protector and here the reviews for Anessa Perfect Pearly Sunscreen AA.

I am curious about how they will perform! Also very curious about the "pearly" one! I hope it doesn`t turn my face into a disco-ball~ ;P Plan to use them on my face, neck and decolte, hands and feet! :D For the whole body I can use a different sunscreen, that is more oily or whatever, but for face/hands/top of feet I need something that dries quickly and is also good under makeup! So... we`ll see how this performs! <3

To keep my skin young and healthy longer! I will adjust the tone of my face by using darker foundation in summer, but underneath, my skin will be untouched by sun! :D

Circle lens review: Dueba MX21 Violet

Today I will post photos and review of circle lens, that my younger sister bought!
You see, I have 2 sisters, one is 13 years older, one is 2 years younger. My older sister is a married grown woman with children and she doesn`t care about things like circle lens or fake lashes (unless there is a party and she wants to make old friend jealous, then I glue stuff on her eyelids and we are both happy). So this review, and all guest reviews, are starring my younger sister, Gosia (a round of applause please, thank you).ヾ(@゜∇゜@)ノ　あははのは～

She bought Dueba MX21 Violet circle lenses from PinkyParadise. ~~Though it looks like they don`t carry this specific model anymore?~~ (I think they are here.) Please take a look below for photos and review. I will write as best as I can what my sister said about the lenses and add some of my opinions too. As you know, I am not a pink/violet lens affecionado, but Gosia is (she has like, idk, 4 pink/violet circle lens sets?). Anyway. Here comes the review:

Dueba MX21 Violet

REAL PHOTOS:

First of all, my sister`s bare eye. Kind of a green-gray colored iris.

This is the lens! Dueba MX21 Violet in reality. What struck me was that it doesn`t look all that violet! Looks like blue with a violet tint. A lovely color, to be honest. Personally, I love the design. And the color! :O And I don`t even like violet/pink lenses. XD

Wearing Dueba MX21 Violet, no makeup, natural daylight.

Again, I really like this design and how it blends nicely with her natural eye color!!! The black rim (limbal ring) is not too dramatic, the color change is visible, but there is no sharp border between the lens color and the natural iris color inside. Super lovely IMO.

One eye bare, one eye in + flash. As you can see, there is not much enlargement at all.

The black rim is also delicate, it makes the eyes pop a bit more, but it`s not dramatically different.

And without flash.

(The points below are by my sister and me, of course I cannot comment on the comfort, so that comment is hers).
DESIGN: 10 / 10 My sister likes the design a lot. I love the design a lot! It is called Violet, but it`s more like blue-violet, looks natural, yet really makes eyes stand out, pop, makes them more defined! I also like how the inner design dissappears and blends so well with your natural eye color.
ENLARGEMENT: 3/10 Those lenses will not give you much enlargement. They are listed as 14mm and there is a good 0,8mm between the lens border and where the design starts, so nope, not much enlargement at all.
COMFORT: 2/10 According to my sister, those are not good at all. First she was wearing them a couple hours a day and it was OK, but a bit uncomfortable, she could feel them in her eyes all the time. But then, she was not able to even put them in her eyes at all! She says they sting, they make her eyes tear up and even putting the lenses in (especially the right eye one) for taking those photos was very uncomfortable for her and she was wiping tears all the time. :/ So that is a great disappointment!! Maybe she just got a faulty pair (or one lens), or maybe they just don`t work with her eyes, but anyway, she is not really able to wear those lenses at all now. TOO BAD!!! :/
If you have good or bad experience with this lens model, please comment and let me know, if she just got a faulty pair or are most of them like this! Thank you.

SHOP SERVICE: Pinky Paradise`s service was good, as usual. But my sister had to wait almost a month for those lenses to arrive and she was very unhappy with that. But we live in Poland, so that`s far away from PP`s location and I think it was just the post office`s fault. Pinky Paradise`s service was otherwise very good and professional. ^^*

So, I hope you liked this review. I`m not 100% sure those are the same lenses though!). Maybe she has a bad pair. Maybe it`s something with her eyes? I dunno, please leave feedback if tried those lenses. They are very long and have a nice interesting mix of thin single lashes and thick lash wisps, which creates a nice volume, but is not overly dramatic (as in drag queen lashes). However those lashes will be NOTICED right away, yet they are good for dramatic looks as well as natural looks in my opinion. They will make your eyes look really dolly. But unlike some lashes, which make you look dolly, but look somewhat natural, those are obvious fake lashes, super duper long... which is not a bad thing, but not for everyone definitely. ^^* The lash band is soft and easy to work with, also see through - which is great, and that is a standard in Diamond Lashes. I would wear them for a night out definitely, I would think twice about wearing them for daily looks, but that is because I must go to work and many places, where I don`t want to stand out that much. If you are a student of have a free life style, those are awesome for daily gyaru/dolly look!

OVERALL: I love them, but they are very long and a bit too much for me to wear as daily lashes. But I wear them on any occasion I can! Also, people notice them right away and comment on them (like "Ohh, your lashes are soooo big today!!", etc.)

MAC Superglass swatches and RODIAL contest!

Today I'll post swatches and my thoughts about MAC Superglass lip glosses! I bought those two online (from strawberrynet.com), because they were never available in Polish MAC stores. (;_; ) I feel so sad when it happens (lol). Anyways! I got: MAC Superglass Cherry Electric & MAC Superglass Sugar Overload:

Those two glosses were a part of a limited Superglass collection and they are throughly reviewed and swatched here, by Temptalia. I ordered a neutral Sugar Overload and a cherry-red Cherry Electric. Those glosses are nice and sticky (I like sticky glosses, it means they stay on lips longer!) and have big holographic (lol?) pieces of stuff in it. (How articulate of me!) Anyway, the applicator is a rather long synthetic brush and a lot of gloss comes out. Here are more photos:

Photo with flash! And you can see, the effect is nice and shiny. The glosses stay on lips quite long, but eventually they wear off, you are left with those big chunky pieces of stuff only on your lips! : / Which kinda sucks... but I guess if you look in the mirror from time to time and see if you need to wipe your lips or add more gloss, than it's alright... I was thinking I would like the Sugar Overload color better, but the big chunky pieces in a rather see through / neutral color look funky imo... The red one looks nice on its own or over a red/pink lipstick and I love how it makes the color more cherry-red. :)

Overall: Yeah, I like it! I like sticky sparkly gloss, I don't mind the high maintenance of this one (cause of the sparkly chunks) too much. Will I buy another one of those? Hmmmm, probably not. Talking about the B&C Makemania lipgloss - I really like it! But I am really crazy about lip glosses. :D This one has hyaluronic acid, grape seed oil and other moisturizing, good for your lips ingriedients! :D The other one I had was see through red, this one is clear with pearl colored sparkles, keeps lips moisturised and looking like vinyl-shiny. I like it (and the red one) on it's own (feel moisturising) and over lipstick.

Review and swatches: MAC Morange lipstick

So recently I had some online shopping delivered and also got a super cute red lipstick from MAC thru the BACK2MAC program, so I will upload swatches and revies little by little. I tried doind them all in one post, but it's too much. Here are my recent purchases:

MAC Creme d'nude lipstick, MAC Superglass lipgloss in Sugar Overload and Cherry Electric, MAC Morange lipstick and Calvvin Klein Heavenly lipstick.

"The orange is a shade easy to try out even for girls who don't usually wear colorful lips"

Oh, that's me! So I'll try it! ; )

It says she applies the color directly from the lipstick and goes a little bit over her natural lip line. Got ya!

If you don't think we should listen to Ena's makeup and fashion advice - you crazy. ;)))

Besides orange lips are a great trend for spring/summer!

My only "but" would be - it really requires a flawless skin, so I will not use it on a bad skin days... (^_~) But then again, maybe it would take the attention away from a random zit? Who knows? ;D

You might have noticed, I am really under the influence of japanese fashion magazines... xD Well, I was reading the last JELLY issue (which I got from my beloved friends (^_^♥)) and there was this page, where celebs were showing their spring makeup. Of course the super fashionable Matsumoto Ena's part caught my eye and she was showing a bright orange-red lipstick she says she is using a lot recently. And really, don't you just see orange-red lips everywhere in fashion magazines now? I looooove the look and spring does call for bright colors indeed, so since I had 6 MAC empties (mostly dazzleglasses lol), I went to do some back2mac and get EXACTLY THE SAME lipstick Ena uses! Woohoo! (^___^')

Morange lipstick comes in "Amplified" finish. It is easy to get lost with all the different finishes, so here's a super useful bit from Karlsugar: Amplified lipsticks "are quite pigmented and have a cream finish (shinier than the mattes, but no shimmer or sparkle). They are one of MAC’s more moisturizing options, which (combined with the pigmentation) makes them a frequent favorite. Amplified Creme’s most famous shades are Dubonnet, Cosmo, and Blankety." REVIEW. First of all, I got this lipstick with back2mac program, because I wasn't sure if I was going to wear it, becasue usually I don't feel good in red lipstick (I like wearing bold lips sometimes, like Anime lip tar from OCC). But since it was free... I thought, lets try it! If Ena wears it, it can't be bad!! (<--typical, lol) And you guys, I would buy it with my own money too! It turned out this finish and colro are super wearable and look great! I find reds difficult to pull off, but this orange-red is really wearable and perfect for spring, to add some life to your makeup and coordinates! ♥ I am wearing it quite often now, around 3 times a week, and I really looooove it. If you are looking for a bright spring lip color, I really recommend this!

Anyway, if you think BB creams are a natural wonder, you are fooling yourself. There are silicones and parabens and other such ingredients, shunned by natural cosmetics fans. But they are there for a reason! They keep the cosmetic freash and help make your skin look great! All the ingredients in bold are good for skin of special added extracts - as far as I know, but I'm no chemist. I never had any skin problems from using it, I was using it when I had acne and was going through a harsh acne treatment that made my skin super dry, and this was the only thing that looked good on my skin! (*^^*)Thank you Oriental Herbs BB cream!!

Well, I also wrote a review about it here, you can also read it, I still agree with what I wrote there. But, I thought I want to write another one with photos and swatches! This BB cream was also popular in gyaru magazines, shown here used by Kumikki in Popteen (tumblr)! :) It says she applies a thin layer of this BB cream, adds concealer under eyes and powder and that's it, for natural-mori and baby skin!

Also another page (tumblr) from Popteen with Kumikki saying she uses this cream as foundation:

So Kumikki`s base makeup is just this bb cream, concealer and powder. ^^*

Here is my review (again) and swatches!

The packaging is very pretty and looks not-cheap.

I am using color #01, lighter beige. which is better for cold skin tones - if you are MAC NC 15-20-25 or lighter, you can use this. There is one more color, #02, which is warmer and a little bit darker, I think it would be suitable for warm, NW skintones.

(=・ェ・=) The cream on my hand. It looks solid and light beige with yellow undertones.

I also have some green veins and red scratches (courtesy of: my cat) on my hand to demonstrate to covering power. ;)

(=・ェ・=) This is a big amount of the bb cream freshly spread evenly on half of my hand. In direct sunlight. Still fresh, so it looks more shiny. As you can see it covers redness and green veins too, it has a good covering power, but it looks natural. But I still suggest using concealer under this cream if you have bad blemishes or dark eye circles. (BUT PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, THAT'S A RATHER THICK LAYER, OK?)

(=・ェ・=) After a short while, the BB cream settles and gets more matte. I would say it has a half matte finish, definitely more matte than most BB creams! It has a very healthy looking finish, natural, bright, etc.

(=・ェ・=) And the bb cream in sunlight and shadow. You can see it is a little bit dewy and covers everything well~

(BUT PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, THAT'S A RATHER THICK LAYER, OK?) It can be applied thinner :D

So OVERALL, this BB cream has tons of ingredients that are supposed to be good for your skin & I never had a strange skin reaction to it! It is not drying and does not change color throughout the day. I use concealer --> BB cream --> powder (either Missha loose powder or MAC Skinfinish Natural) and I am happy with how my skin looks when I come back home - I just take off some oil from t-zone and powder it maybe 2 times thru the day and it looks good. About the oil control - BB creams are known for not having too much oil control. This one has better oil control than most bb creams I tried, but if you have oily skin/t-zone, you will need extra mattyfing help, OK? :) This BB cream is definitely on the expensive side, but it is worth it in my opinion. (Around 30$ from eBay). I really recommend you try this BB cream, if you want to try BB creams, but don't want coverage that's too sheer - this BB cream can be applied very thinly and super natural looking too, but if you need more coverage, it will also work great! (・∇・)ノ

I really really like this BB cream, much more than Perfect Cover BB Cream! <333

And a FOTD with this MAC Prolongwear concealer + BB cream + Missha loose powder.

I am wearing MAC Morange and B&C lipgloss on my lips and Woodwinked on my eyes (on a paint pot) and Dainty blush. Simple work makeup... with a bright touch from the lipstick! :D

But, even though I feel so bad for Japan and my friends who are there, there is not much else I can from where I am now, than watch the news and send money. Lets hope the situation gets better for all the earthquake\tsunami victims soon! (I won`t pray, cause I`m not a religious person & I also advice you to, instead of praying, send some money!!!)

I decided to make a post today, so I can take my mind off the shocking news... Too much stress is bad! Please relax also! ...so, in this spirit, here are my february and march favorites:

1. The Body Shop - Body, room and linen scent (green tea and lemon)

The smell is really lovely~ Just a couple pushes and the whole place smells lovely! I also spray it inside my closet and before guests arrive - the smell is not too strong or fake, I really recommend it!! I also got the aroma oil from the same scent line. I smelled the other scents, but this one was the best IMO. Also, last time I went to Body Shop, it was sold out. Popular!

2. IWOSTIN point care anti-acne gel & after acne treatment moisturising cream. (links in english)

Iwostin is a polish brand, similar to Avene I`d say, only available in pharmacy. They also use thermal water from a local source and make specialized skin care cosmetics, also for delicate and troubled skin. I like the point gel so far, and the moisturising cream is really great! Moisturising and my skin absorbs it fast, but it is not fat! I will definitely get more cosmetics from this series!

3. Missha Oriental Herbs BB cream (also knows as Choboyan BB cream)

This is a repurchase and I really like this bb cream!!! I did a short review post on it a long time ago and it is one of the most popular entries on my blog! I will be definitely doing another review with color comparison photos and so on. :)

4. B&C Makemania lipgloss

I got it on sale from AdamBeauty (recommended!) and I really love it over red or pink lip colors or even on its own! Usually I am a glittery lipgloss fan, and this has no glitters or sparkles, just silicone-y "smooth" shine, but I like it a lot and apply it a couple time a day!

5. MAC lipstick in Morange (finish: amplified)

I saw it in JJ (or Vivi, I don`t remember), Matsumoto Ena said she uses it and since I had some MAC empty boxes around, I gathered them, took 6 and went to MAC to do the BACK2MAC program and got it for free! :D The color is suuuper intensive, I think it is best smudged out with a finger and definitely with gloss over it, the Makemania lipgloss works great! I do not feel too good in red lipstick, but this orange-red is much more wearable and such a happy, energetic spring color! I will be wearing it a lot this spring and summer! :D Also when I was getting it, the store makeup artist said he just got a "orange lipstick for photoshoot" request from a fashion magazine and send that color. Ena wears it, stylists want it, I got it, get it too! ;D

6. HadaNomi (肌飲み濃ミスト) Rich Collagen Mist (from SANA)

I got it from AdamBeauty too, just because I was curious and you know, I think "got to moisturise, got to moisturise!!!" all the time XD). I got it, and THEN I got home and went to read the cosme.net reviews on it! XD Some peopl wrote they use it as a lotion, after washing face and before applying milk and cream and makeup, so I tried that, I really like that way of using it! After washing my face with Kanebo Blanchir Suprior cream soap (which I also super duper love and I think it helped with my recent acne problems!!! :D), I spray a couple pumps of this mist on my face and neck and massage gently and pat it into my skin. Then I go on with my regular skincare and makeup routine and when I finish makeup, I spray one pump of this on my face. It is cheap, is non comatogenic (won`t block your pores) and smells nice, I will be using it a lot. Repurchase - I`m not sure yet.

So, those are my favorites, I also loove love love KANEBO Blanchir Superior whitening skincare line, I am def. buying the big size Cream Soap, and hopefully sheet masks and lotion, but I`ll try to make a separate post about that.

And to finish this post, a page from latest Vivi issue that I just can`t stop looking at, loooove trench coats!!! I got one from Bershka recently, but it is not perfect, I am still looking! Bye bye! And let`s donate to help Japan!!

お久しぶりです！

Hello my dears!! Sorry for no updates! I was very busy - but in a good way! I was having fun with my dear friends visiting me in warsaw from Finland and Korea! :D Now they are in France, but they will be coming back for one night and stay at my apartament then! Yay!

Anyway, they got me one magazine and my other friend who visited Japan with his family also brought me some magazines and now I have those 3 babies home... (*________________*) WONDERFUL! Hours of studying the photos and all the text - lol, I seriously get into those magazines so much I read all the tiny text with info! :D JJ with Ena on the cover is great, it is really the magazine for me, fashion is more university student/OL oriented and there are tons of pages on beauty and hair! :D

With my friend I was having drinks on 40th floor of Mariott hotel (photo on the right) and we were running all over Warsaw. :3 I was really happy to spend time with them, just being together was great, you know!? Friends like that are the best. :) Just say silly things or say nothing but feel good.

So, Since I have nothing else to write about and I went shopping today, take a look at what I bought!

River Island!

River Island Canvas Flap Satchel, I was looking at it online at ASOS and I saw it today at the RI store - their accessories are really cute! Also House of Holland suspender tights... dun dun DUNNN!!!! Which ripped when I was trying them on at home!!!!!!! COME ONNNNNNNNN!!!! Super fail!!!!!!!!! The sheer part is really delicate, NOW I KNOW. :/ Be carefull guys.... (T_T) Good thing I got to buy them cheap, there was a promotion "send a text message and get a 10% off code", which I did and saved some money. But still... *pout*

And then I wanted to get the BODY SHOP room scent spray andmaybe some shower gel, I ended up with those things:

Also bought two shower gels, one is a new line from BODY SHOP, "earth lovers" a 100% biodegradable and healthy shower gel (there are a couple smells, but the "cucumber & mint" smelled best to me! 200ml, 22pln) Also I really like the room scent in Green Tea and Lemon, but the spray was sold out (gasp), so I bought the aroma oil to mix in with candles :D Next time I`ll get the scented candle, I really like this smell, recommended!! :D

The two products on the right are from a polish brand called ORGANIQUE. I found out about it when my mom got this exact shower gel as an Xmas present, I was staying home for the holidays and used this shower jelly and wow, I really loved it!! Now the brand specializes in SPA-like skin care, think organic solid soaps, shea butters, bath and shower goods, natural scrubs, etc. The shower jelly I got is for anti aging and dry skin and the are no parabens, silicones, peg-s, parafins or derivates, synthetics, detergents or artificial colors in it! The ingriedients are mostly argan oil, grape oil, rice protein and pearl powder. It smells soooo nice, like grapes and lemon and leaves skin feeling clean and soft! It is really rather addictive, so I`ll defnitely be back at the ORGANIQUE stand to buy more (they are in PROMENADA shopping center in Warsaw). I also got a tiny bar of a natural soap - it also smells like grapes (I think most their cosmetics have the same smell) and is really nice. I cannot use "normal" soap, it dries out my skin too much. I use a baby-soap for washing hands, and now also this. They also have solid shampoo and natural scrubs with salts and stuff, everything looks super tempting!!! (*_*)

I think this brand is kinda like polish version of LUSH. :) Which we don`t have here, what a shame.

And finally, I bought this cat brush, to brush my cat and have less of his hair flying around!

And then some korean food I had with a friend. Omnomnomnom...

I had sundubu chige, spicy soup with fresh tofu and vegetables.

Ans he had a bibimbap in the hot ceramic bowl, it`s also yummy!

Also I got excited and said "Hey, can I take a photo of our food first? Yay!" and the waiter laughed at me!!! D: Scandalous! Not in a mean way, he just found it funny I guess, but still... Hey waiter, no tip for u! :P

ミ☆　　ミ★ REVIEW ★彡　　☆彡 Fairy lashes are straight lashes glued onto the bone so that they create a kind of an U shape, but they do not really cross or give the cross-type lashes effect. The inner lashes are thinner and shorter, while the outer ones are more dense and longer, the closer to outer eye corner, the more length and volume. There are no visible wisps, so I'd say those are volume-type lashes, but they are not too dramatic, the lash ends are thin and delicate, they are perfect for daily use in my opinion!! I don't wear fake lashes everyday, but if I did, I'd wear those! Since I bought them, I am wearing lashes more often anyway! Like other Diamond Lashes, they are very soft and light and easy to glue on (remember, put glue on the lash bone, wait about 30 seconds, hold with both hands, look down at your mirror and slowly place them right over your lashes, on your eyelid! It'll go good), they never poked me in the eye or gave me any unpleasant feeling while I was wearing them. Also they never ever started falling off, even a tiny bit. When I wear them I just really forget I have fake lashes on, so super comfortable (but that goes for most Diamond Lashes) and the shape and style is amazing, no wonder those are a huge hit in Japan...LOVE★⌒ヾ(￣〓￣ヾ)

BTW, I took those photos in the morning, before leaving for work, I am wearing them for work no problem - they are comfortable and look great but not dramatic! It's also the 4th or 5th time I am wearing those lashes (this exact pair!) and it still looks and wears perfectly. Of course each time I clean my lashes carefully after taking them off and store in lash container, so no dust gets on them. :) Because you can reuse them and get 5 pairs for about 1000yen (original price in Japan), they are super economical and great value for the money.

Now, the longest lashes, at the very outer corner are about twice as long as my own miserable lashes, but because of the way the lashes are glued to the lash bone (in the U shape I mentioned before) and how thin they are, especially the ends, even though you get a lot of volume close to the lash bone, the lash ends are getting thinner and don't look heavy at all! And that is why, in addition to being light and easy to wear, they also look super natural, even though they to give a nice volume and really help define the eye! And to show you how natural they are, some all face shots, hahaha, the morning "by the window" light washed out the colors and photoshopped me :3 Wearing MAC Peachstock on the lips and Dainty on cheeks. My eyes are MAC Vintage Selection paintpot ('ve been using it everyday since I bought it) and Retrospeck eyeshadow, with moderately thin gel eyeline!

BTW, it is MINUS 15 CELCIUS degrees today in Warsaw.... OMG (T___T)

My younger sister's luggage is in the back, I can't believe how many bags she brought.... (O_o??)

Second Diamond Lash review is here! I just took those photos and I am wearing those lashes right now and also going out in the evening to a concert wearing them. This will be a review of Diamond Lashes in Girly, from the "Pure series", aka "light pink tray" series.

Stock photo - looks like the real thing, but looks different on Yuuki`s eye than it does in reality! Why? It it not so low volume in reality!

The lashes in the tray. The inner lashes are very short and then they start to get longer and more dense and they have a cat-eye effect. The outer corner has a lot of volume! The lash bone lenght is not long at all - like other Diamond lashes I put them on easily without cutting anything off - the lash bone is shorter than my eye width - and my eye is not really long or anything.

ミ☆　　ミ★ REVIEW ★彡　　☆彡 Like other Diamond lashes, those are very light and comfortable to wear, easy to glue on, because the lash bone is soft. But I did have problems gluing it on - the outer lashes are sooo dramatic and even if you glue it a little bit uneven, IT WILL SHOW. You can see I couldn`t glue them on evenly on my eyes, right and left are a bit different... OTL But, oh well! Also I tried gluing them closer to my inside eye corner, but the outer lashes are so long and volume-y and then suddenly end, so the outer lashes look weird, especially when I look down, if you can understand what I`m trying to say here, it`s hard to phrase for me... (X=x`) And if you glue it closer to your outer eye corner, you will get a droopy cat-eye effect, and you will get lots of it! So you decide, positioning them is kinda hard, in my opinion. The gluing on is easy, just as other Diamond Lashes. Also they look scary in the "looking down" photos, in person they are a bit more natural looking, but I don`t think they are natural lashes, definitely closer to dramatic lashes! Paired with bottom lashes they would create a super cute, girly look I think! :D

Looking down - no flash - they do look a bit freaky, don`t you think? See what I meant? The outer side lashes end so suddenly, I dunno, maybe it`s just me? XD (After wearing them all day, I must say I got used to that look, but I was feeling self concious, thinking they are too much for daily makeup.)

But, looking straight - no flash, they look way more natural, see? I actually glued them on without moving past my natural lash line, I even left a couple of milimeters between the lash bone end and my outside eye corner - the lashes are just soooo long they wing out outside my eye lenght anyway! :O

Not all that dramatic, huh? But also not really natural... something in between!

The curl is very strong and nice.

Soooo... my overall thoughts? They are very long, on the outside corners!! Very cat-eye like and winged and curled really nicely - if you want an elongated eye effect, a droopy eye effect, cat eye, and so on, you should get those, they would be perfect for that! The have no wispy look and neither are they natural looking in my opinion, but the fact that they wing out only at the outer corner doesn`t make them super dramatic as well. Somwhere between natural and dramatic. More of a "volume" type lashes, but since the volume starts to build up from the center, they are OK even for me, for I am not a bit fan of heavy volume type lashes. Also, good value for the money. Hmmm... but I definitely think they are NOT easy to position on the eye, so maybe I wouldn`t advice fake lashes beginners to get those as their first lashes? unless you really want them, of course :DDDDDDD

I don`t think I will be wearing them a lot, from the 3 types Diamond Lashes I got recently (Fairy, Gorgeous & Girly, those ones - Girly - are my least favorite... But I will still try to glue them on in different ways and have fun with them! :D (I am thinking now they would look suuuper cute moved outside my real lash line and glued going down, for an extreme droopy (tare-me) effect! :O

さて！I am wearing Diamond Lashes in Gorgeous eye today and I decided, if I'm going to do this, write the rpoper reviews I mean, I should do this now, before sth else distracts me!
＼(o￣∇￣o)/ふあー I was woken up soooo early today by my cat, who wants to play at 5:30 am and thinks my moving foot is the most exciting toy ever... (=_=') I wasn't really able to fall asleep after that, watched an episode of "An idiot abroad" (the brazil episode, hilarious!!) and ate breakfast (unusual, woke up hungry, lol).
Now I'm at work, but it's super slow today, so I might as well spend 15 minutes writing a nice review. :D

The lashes in the box (￣ー￣)v ブイ！My own photo! That's more like it!

They look crazy long n the box, and very curly too!

ミ☆　　ミ★ REVIEW ★彡　　☆彡 Those lashes are super light, the lash band is clear and soft. The lashes themselves are soft but not too soft, sturdy enough, very wispy and super looooong. They are easy to glue on (I always use both hands to place the lashes correctly and close to my lash line - but not on the lashes, ugh, lashes glued too high or on the lashes, my pet peeves!). There is not much volume, so if you want volume, you will need to layer another pair of lashes with those. They create length and long visible wisps! It gives a really dolly effect in my opinion! Also those lashes, when worn really remind me of MAC #7 lashes! Overall, they are great lashes, they have a nice strong curl and are very long and wispy. And the price is reasonable! You get 5 pairs of reusable lashes for the price of more less 1 (one) pair of MAC lashes!! (prices around the world differ, but in Poland one pair of MAC lashes id 55pln).

To show the lashes better I kept the eye liner and eye shadow minimal. ^^*

So, to sum it up again, those are really great lashes! Less crazy than I expected them to be just from the way they look in the box. Main charm points are: length & wipsy lashes & curl! Very similar to MAC #7, but more reasonably priced (well, but I still think that MAC #7 lashes are definitely worth the price!! It's just that with those you get really same quality, very similar lashes, in a similar price, but you get 5 pairs in a box!) （＾▽＾喜）Overall, if you like this type of lashes and have a change, deeeeefinitely buy those!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Diamond Lashes collection & shot reviews

Sooo!! Recently I ordered some Diamond Lashes (btw, their website is perfect, user friendly and pretty!) with the help of the lovely D~tan of sEpia memory blog, and she helped me get Original series: Fairy eye (the most popular type I think, Kanako wears it too) and Gorgeous eye lashes and from Pure series: Girly eye lashes.

My new lashes! Opened it right away, hohhoho~

And I thought it is a good oportunity to say a little bit more about Diamond lashes and show the ones from my stash :) So first I'll introduce the new ones, I haven't worn them yet of course, but I'll do my best to post photos and thought soon. But here are the new ones!

\(*^__^*)/\(*^__^*)/ Diamond Lashes - Pure Series - Girly eye lashes

They are from Pure series, whish is supposed to be "natural", so we will see, but in the box they look quite dramatic for natural lashes, more dramatic than in this photo. Still, they are super soft and light, Diamond Lashes are really killer. :)

\(*^__^*)/\(*^__^*)/ Next , Diamond Lashes - Original series - Fairy eye lashes, which are one of the most popular lashes in Japan now, Kanako and Romihi from EGG magazine wear it, soo many people swear by those lashes... ~~I cannot wait to wear them!~~ I thought the Original Series Diamond Lashes look quite dramatic in photos of just the lashes, but in real life they look like... just... wow, perfect. They are not too long or crazy, don't look plasticy or too heavy of fake, but still have enough volume and style and make eyes look stunning... And they are so soft and light and I seriously just forget I have fake lashes on when I wear Original series lashes! :D

They do look likethe promo pic, except there is no thick lash band, it is clear and soft. The lashes are really long though - I think they will create a super cute dolle effect with tare-me (dropy eyes), because the longest strands will face down and then curl up again, how cute.... <3 But they are super long! (O_o)

Diamond Lash - Volume Series - Celeb eye lashes

They are super light and soft and wearing them is like a dream. But they are veeery long and dramatic, my male friends ALWAYS comment about it when I wear them. ("Oh! What's with the lashes!!! Tonight you DID DO MAKEUP, whoa..." and so on... :P But it was also like "Tonight your eyes look very kawaii", so... who cares? :P Aah, men... if only they knew what they are talking about, I'd care, but in case of lashes, they have no idea. ;)) But they do look rather dramatic:

I think they are perfect for a full-on gyaru look though!

Diamond Lashes - Lady Glamorous series -Princess eye lashes (bottom lashes)

It is hard to glue them on correctly, they always seem to face down and look weird. Plus the longest pieces and too long and heavy, but I found that if I cut off the last one or two pieces, they work perfectly, even with makeup that`s not really strong, just add some eyeliner of shadow on your bottom lid and they blend in nicely. Overall, nice lashes, mostly for stronger looks, but if you cut off the longest pieces, they are fine for natural looks too!

Diamond Lashes - Original series - Dolly eye lashes, promo photo:

Sooo, at first I was like, what's the deal with those, they don't have much volume or lenght, they are only a tiny bit longer than my own lashes, they look too natural!! I couldn't see the fake lashes at all. :/ But after feeling dissappointed, but still trying them a couple times, I understood what's nice about them. They are natural, but that makes they sooo easy to wear with natural looks - thin eyeliner, light eyeshadow and those curled up = pretty! :) So now I like them, if I only want to a little bit extra, I wear those. For example sometimes wearing lashes just makes me happy, but I don't want everyone to be shocked, (example saturday mornings, when I teach japanese, my students should focus on japanese, not my makeup), I wear those. Nice, but definitely not for you if you want a dramatic look or your lashes are already super longs and thick. :)

You can see the "drama level" difference between Dolly, Fairy and Celeb. Like I wrote above, Dolly is extremely natural. Fairy is fabulous, but still looks natural and is just perfect. While Celeb is definitely nowhere near natural, but oh so fabulousss.... but I guess, not for everyday? :)

CIRCLE LENS REVIEW: G&G GBT Green

Hello my dear readers! \（*´▽｀*）/

I bring you another circle lens review and my first post in February 2011. (*´ー`)

I was waiting for those lenses for a looong time, because when I ordered they were out of stock, but finally they are here and I LOVE THEM! (Sidenote: Funny, but all the time I thought I ordered Neo Vision Dali Extra Green, so when they arrived for a second I was mad and thought "all this waiting to get the wrong lens!!! HARUMPF!!", but I checked my order history and turns out I was ordering those from the beginning.... ahh, dementia... I`m already getting too old for this (>_<```), lol!)

Anyways! I ordered G&G GBT Green circle lens from Pinky Paradise (my first order from them). The service and communication was really good and I have no complaints. They informed me very fast that the lenses I wanted went out of stock and asked if want a refund or other lenses, but I chose to wait for re-stock. As soon as they got it, they sent my order my way and informed me by email. The lenses arrived in about 10 days, wrapped in layers of cute pink foam, very safe. I also got a free random lens case, this time it was pink hippos 8D

Those lens are very veeeery natural looking on the eye - most people don`t even notice I have lenses on in normal light. In flash photos or in super bright light the green color gets more bright and intensive, so that some people might notice it`s fake, but honestly, most people don`t lol! (I think mostly people who have a very good eye for details or people who wear color lenses themselves notice, others are rather... not observant enough? ;P )

One lens in, no flash. (no makeup, but I rubber my eyes and turned out there was some makeup still left... OTL) It blends with my natural eye color perfectly and gives some enlargement, but there is no black rim and it`s not fake looking and not really dramatic. Which I like. Super natural circle lens, yay!

One in, with flash! You can see in flash photos the color get brighter and more obvious, but it still looks natural, doesn`t it?! Those are amaaaaaazing lenses if you want color change and some enlargement, but natural looking. IMO, those are perfect for daily use, school, work, bring it on! :D

Makeup and flash, both lens in. :D This is after a whole day, so a little bit of eyeliner in the inner corner of my eye is gone... :I But I am wearing japanese fake lashes from Donki I got from my friend Mika (who now lives in Warsaw, Poland, but has an amazing japanese fake lashes stash 8D) - ah, those lashes are soooooooo good! Super natural, but make eyes pop! <333 Definitely getting those lashes!

There is no noticeable halo effect.

COMFORT: 10/10 (but this is my personal experience, might be different for you) Those lenses are super comfortable. I don`t feel them in my eyes at all and there is no drying out all day long. Wore them to my baito and forgot I even had them in, wore them for 10 hours, no problems at all. Perfect for daily use! Also, I have bad eyesight (around -1.00 in each eye), but I never wear glasses, so most of the time I see everything blurry, cause right now I don`t even have regular lenses, but I got those in prescription and now I have not only bigger, greener eyes, but also I see everything clear! XD It is such a bummer when great looking lenses don`t come with correcting power... but these do, which is why I love them more! :D

DESIGN: 10/10 Blends so well with my original eye color, not only because it is green, but because of the design! There are clear spaces between dots of green and black, so the original eye color shows trough and I am sure it would blend lovely on any eye color! Also I think these are especially perfect for light eyes, as there is no brown in the design, only green and black. Awesum. ヾ(@°▽°@)ノあははぁ I wonder how those in brown would look on me?

OVERALL: Great natural design with natural enlargement effect and great comfort. 10/10 lenses if you want natural effect circle lens and have light eyes!!!! Also Pinky Paradise`s service was really good, so I think I`ll be shopping there again some day. :D Next up I want more green colored circle lens, to blend with my eye color nicely and definitely more other colors from this series!! :D

So before I finish the review, 2 more photos, of my whole face with those lenses, one with flash, one without flash, in bad light. You can see the enlargement and color and how they go with more natural and also stronger makeup. :)

MAC Champale paint pots & other shopping :)

１月の３回目の投稿、ぎりぎり間に合う！笑

Phew! Had a busy week! Also had my younger sister sleeping over at my place on friday and saturday, that was fun! On friday after my work, we went to MAC so I could get the Champale collection paint pots I wanted! :D I didn't get a second lip gelee, because I already spent enough money on paintpots and one eyeshadow that day, but they still ahve them in stock, so I can get one later. :D Anyway, I wanted to post about those paintposts, photos, swatches and some initial thoughts!

What I got: MAC Champale collection Paint Pots in colors: Vintage Selection, Let me pop and Dangerous Cuvee. ~~But I always think the name is Let me Poop, ha! So stupid!!!!~~ I didn't get Chilled on Ice, cecause it looked too golden and I didn't really like the color so much. I try to persuade myself that is money saving. XD As if I didn't just spend so much on 3 other paint pots, hhhhaaa------

There is a lot of products in each jar!

One costs around 70pln in Poland! D:

Vintage Selection in a pale beige color, universal and lovely!

Let me Pop is a copperish, orange-ish golden color, really lovely and warm and would add to warm shades of makeup! :)

Dangerous Cuvee is a metallic gray, would be perfect with cold toned eyeshadows!

In jars they don't look that sparkly. Now onto the swatches!

Swatches in natural light (no sun). They are shiny, but not overly sparkly, I am used to waaaay more sparkle & shine, so to me it is really moderate! More than glitter or shimmer, they just reflect the light andadd more depth, I dunno. I didn't really know what to expect, as I never had any paint poits from MAC before, so I'm on unknown territory here. Hmm, I bet they will look way more shimmery in sunlight though!

Swatches with flash - more shine! v(*___*)v Loves it.

On their own they do not stand out that much, pigmentation is moderate, but it does create a lovely, delicate effect! They can be worn alone or as eyeshadow base, and I wore them for 3 days already and as eye shadow base they work PERFECT. Nothing creases and the colors you apply to your eyelid stay vibrant and true all day long. It also adds some depth, with the delicate shimmer coming through from under your eyeshadows. :) They are hard, but they "melt" under my finger and the application to eyelid is very smooth, and in a second they dry up and stay on your eyelid all day. That's great. :)

Also one FOTD, I wear neutral makeup like this for daily look. If I feel like it I just add more black eyeliner, lashes or glitter, but generally, I'm not a morning person, so that's as much as I'm willing to do before leaving for work. :P I used the Vintage Selection paint pot and my new MAC Tempting eyeshadow! :DD

And I also bought 2 more things. L'Occitane's famous hand cream (around 27pln for 30ml) and a room/wardrobe scent from Body Shop, in Green Tea & Lemon, also around 27pln. (Don't remember). Smells really nice, not artificial and fake~ I also want to use it more in some places, to make my cat not walk there - cats hate citrus fruit smell. 8D *evil genius* lol

I also got MAC eye shadow in Tempting, but I will make a separate post about it, because I have completed a lovely neutrals/browns quad palette from MAC, so I'll show You all that. That is all, take care!!

STILA Barbie loves Stila eyeliners: swatches

Hello! Time to make a decent post!

My younger siste, with whom I sometimes exchange and corss-check (lol) various cosmetics, recently bought 2 gel eyeliners from Barbie loves Stila collection for Stila! （V＾－°）イエイ！Now it's nothing new, but it is new to us amd this brand is not available in Poland, so it's always fun to test something new! I haven't used it yet, but the blue eyeliner look gorgeous!! My sister tried them and wore them everyday for a week now and she says they stay in place and do not smudge, move around or disappear. The makeup lasts all day long! Which is a yay!

The eyeliner pots next to miniature MAC pigment jar, from the Tartan tale collection, I got this pigment set as a Xmas present for my sister. The eyeliner jar tops are holographic, so depending on the angle you are looking at the lid, the eye is open of closed! So it winks at you, with the Barbie eye!! XD Nice original touch, can be entertaining, I agree. ;D Also I don't know if you can see it in this photo, but Barbie's eye makeup on the lid is in the color of the eyeliner in the jar, so it's easy to see which color you're picking from any side of the jar! :) Nice!

Sis got eyeliners in little black dress, which looks like black, but has tons of aubergine sparkles, which makes it overall more purple-ish than black. The second one is my favorite, it's called cobalt clutch and looks fabulous, deep cobalt blue! (*___*) But I haven't tried it yet and my sister tells me it is not opaque when you apply it and you have to layer it... hmmm, not the best, but I can live with it I guess? I will be testing them soon!

Hello everybody!

How is 2011 treating you so far?

For me, it was rather depressing and tough, so I decided I need an image change, to change all the negative energy around me and start anew! And I dyed my hair dark brown with red reflects! Actually the color was called "maroon" and I dyed my hair myself. It is not a permanent color, but one that - in theory - washes away after 24 washes. And since I wash hair everyday, that would last me a month top? But in reality the color stays longer, and I will dye it again when it starts fading. Maybe then I'll try another kind of brown? Hum humm, so many posibilities to play around with hair. ;P When feeling not so hot, changing something about your look (hair color, hair style, buy new clothes, start a new habit or chalenge) is a really good way to change your attitude too. Here is my old and new hair!

Also, as soon as MAC Champale hit the stores in Poland (which was January 2nd) I run to get my hands on it! I really really wanted the paintpots, but for some reason they were delayed in transport and they had everything from Champale for sale EXCEPT the paintpots, ahh... but they are supposed to be in stores soon (maybe there already?), have to call and ask soon. BUT, I did get something! The Soiree nail polish (I fell in love with after seeing swatches at Tempalia and she recommended it as well) and one lipgelee, Luxure, wich is a super glittery clear gloss - ohh, I looove it!! My nails were uneven, the nail polish applies even and easily, and those are jsut 2 layers, more than enough! I loooove this nail polish! Go get it, it is limited edition!

With flash, I looove the golden reflects, so pretty~

It is not overly sticky and stays on lips for a loooong time! It is not super moisturising on my lips though, so I always have to use lip balm or some kind of cream before I apply it - it just feels better. Also there is another one that looks almost identical to Luxure, but Luxure is more beige/golden/warm toned, while the other one is more white/pink/cool toned. Though they look almost identical in the tubes... oh well, I want to get it now after wearing Luxure for a couple days! 8D

And here are swatches on lips! It also looks wonderful over nudy lipstick, I like it on it's own, but it is also great over Cream Cup or Myth! :D

Posting on last day of 2010, lol! But, I have to be at work, even thought there is NOTHING to do, so I might as well post, right? 暇つぶしね Anywhoo~ Today I will be sharing a pink blushes comparison and swatches with opinions! Most of them are in heavy rotation in japanese fashion magazines and since I have them and use all of them I thought someone might be interested! So here we go!

I will be comparing (original prices in brackets):

REVLON blush in color 202 Just Peachy (~19 usd)

MAC Mineralize Blush in color Dainty (21 usd)

Canmake powder blush in color PW20 (550 yen)

Canmake cream blush in color 01 (580 yen)

Candy Doll blush in color: Peachy Pink (1260 yen)

All of them pink right! lets open!

When we open them, it's easy to see that the Candy Doll and Canmake blushes are cool shades, while MAC and REVLON blushes are warmer

Canmake's cream blush is most similar to MAC's blush, Candy Doll and Canmake PW20 fall into the same category of super light cool toned pink with blue undertones, while Revlon is most peachy rather than pink.

Now I'll try to sum those blushes up in a couple words:

☆☆☆ REVLON blush in color 202 Just Peachy

Pigmentation in this blush is medium, which means with a couple strokes you will still get a delicate and natural effect. Also there is a super tiny silver sparkle powder in it, so it also gives your cheeks a cute glow. Great for beginners with blush imo! The case also has a useable good quality blush and a pop-out mirror, so it's perfect on the go too. Over good blush.

☆☆☆ MAC Mineralize Blush in color Dainty (21 usd)

This blush when you swatch it with your finger looks not very pigmentet - rather very sheer with tons of fine glittery sparkling parts (I see golden, silver and pink sparkling powders in it), but on cheeks it actually creates a super natural adorable blush, both the color and the pigmentation are great on cheeks and it is also highly sparkly, but not is an obvious way. It will really show off your cheeks and make them look "higher" if you apply it to the right parts of face. :D I like it tons, but I think it is easy to go overboard with this one, because it seems so sheer. But then you go outside and it turns out you made yourslef look like a clown, lol. So use with moderation and you'll get wonderful effects! (The swatch on arm is super heavy, I applied way too much, but I wanted to show you the color, on cheeks you apply less and it looks a bit different.) More pics here.

☆☆☆ Canmake powder blush in color PW20 (550 yen)

I got this one because all japanese gyaru magazines were raving about it from EGG to JELLY, even Vivi. It is a very cool tones, very light dolly pink. It not pastel nor neon, it is like strawberry ice cream kind of color? Hard to describe!! It has silver glitttery particles (I like blushes with a little bit of sparkle ^^) and a brush in the case, but in my opinion you might as well throw it away, completely not useable, too thin and the bristles too long, useless! The blush is quite well pigmented and you get a nice color even with just one layer. It will give you this super cute super sweet baby/dolly pink cheeks. I really recommend it, the price is unbelieveable and the quality really good! (But be carefull, I have another color from the same series, and it is completely different, I never use the other one cause I don't like it :o)

☆☆☆ Canmake cream blush in color 01 (580 yen)

Very well pigmentet cream blush, which after application turn into powder formula! :D I loooove the way it applies, so smooth like butter, bur then it turn powdery - very easy to use and can be applied with fingers or a brush (a small duo-fibre brush would be perfect!) It has super tiny silver sparkles, but they are very delicate and not obvious in person. This is also a very cute and good blush for a cheap price, especially if you are new to cream blushes there would be no harm if you tried this one first. :) I also have better swatches and review on this one here.

☆☆☆ Candy Doll blush in color: Peachy Pink (1260 yen)

The raved about Matsuwaka Tsubasa's brand.... hmmm.... Honestly I am not sold on this one! Doen't look like in Tsubasa's photos :/ At first I thought "What! This doesn't even show up on my skin!" and then I changed my mind when I put it on my cheeks in sumemr and I had a little bit of a tan and somehow the light made it look exactly like on Tsubasa. But then... I dunno, it is well pigmented, but the color is so light and honestly doesn't show!! Also it is a matte blush and it can look chalky if you apply too much - which is very easy to do, because I try to add more and more to make the color show, but it doesn't, it just makes your cheeks go more chalky.... OTL Mixed with other blushes it is really nice as it gives a kind of pale canvas for the other blush, but on it's own? Nah, not impressed. :P The swatch I made on my arm is SUPER HEAVY, but you can hardly see it... I think it would be great as a base cheek color for people with darker skin, so you can apply a candy pink on top and it will show better!

I hope I have time to visit MAC soon!! :D They will be coming out with a super bright colors collection too around the same time, but I am more drawn to the nude, sparkly colors. I really want a bright red and pink lipstick though, sth like Russian Red and Girl about Town. Yesterday I went to a rock live for my friends` band and wore Obsessive Compulsive Lip Tar in Anime on my lips 8D Topped with Dazzleglass in Sugarrimmed! :D

★　Blue Tray aka Power series: Celeb Eyes

★　Deep Pink tray aka First Series: Dolly Eyes

★　Purple Tray aka Lady Series: Princess Eyes (bottom lashes)

OMG, I can already tell you, Celeb Eyes lashes are the shizz, go get them asap!! I totally love them! So long and perfect mix of wispy and volume type lashes, nice curve, they have volume but still look natural (not like Brigitte Bardot lashes!) and the lash band is clear and soft... Ah!! LOVE! Also the Deep Pink tray series, aka First Series, the tray is smaller than the newer trays and honestly the Dolly lashes were underwhelming at first contact - so small and natural! I mean, maybe for someone with no lashes, those would be perfect natural daily lashes, but to me they are practically the same length as my own lashes... lol, we'll see, I'll be testing them! And the bottom lashes, Princess Eye, I wasn't able to glue them on when the stripe was uncut. I cut off the 2 longest pieces and they were perfect, even... dare I say it... natural looking!!! But the full strip is more Sakurina-like. Anyway, full reviews coming up of course!

★　CANMAKE: Powder Cheek blush in [PW20], the pretty sweet dolly pink, perfect for anybody and perfect in gyaru looks!! :) With a little bit of glitter to light up your complexion. Will look lovely on dark skin as well as porcelain skin, highly recommended, a great product for a tiny price. ^^*

★　CANMAKE Jewelstar Eyes in [01] Crystal Silver, which is their jelly glittery eyeshadow/eyeshadow base. I bought one of those (golden brown color, maybe it was 2009 limited color?) and I really like it! Applied thin it looks sparkly and cute on it's own or adds glittery sparkliness to any shadow you wear over it and applied thin doesn't crease. (If you apply lots, it will crease though!) :D Next I got two lip glosses:

★　MakeMania Curvy Lip Silicone lip gloss (left), the brand's official page is here, it is by MAKEMANIA from B&C LAB. I ordered color #506, natural nudy pink, 透明感度アップ(hm?). It is advertised as "curvy lip SILICONE" and the back of the packaging said it is like melting wax on your lips and is packed with moisturising & care ingriedients (including: hyaluronic acid, colagen, grape seed oil, soy inflavon,) and... omg, I LOVE IT! 硬くてたれにくいビニールシリコンタイプです。. The maker says it is a thick vinyl silicone (?) type, that does not wear off, and it's true! It feels like your lips are wrapped in plastic with moisturising treatments under it and it's really shiny and a great gloss overall. It is applied with a see through plastic spatula, hygienic. REVIEW COMING UP! I want more when I use this one up!

★　SANA Super Quick Gloss Concealer in #01 Nude Beige (right). It is like a full coverage moisturising lip gloss - the color completely covers your natural lip color, as if you used an opaque lipstick or well, concealer. I got natural beige which is a bit like MAC's Siss and Peachstock lipsticks mixed together in color. Apply too much and it will look SOOO BAD, seriously. Trying it out, I can tell the best way to apply it is to clean lips - no chapstick, nothing! Apply thin layer, pat it in with your finger then apply more if you want. Then it looks really nice :D Topped with the MakeMania gloss it looks quite lovely! Like a nude lipstick and a gloss witout the lipstick!

Page 003: Introducing the Long type mascara, which creates especially to elongate your lashes.Says "it has shiny blask polymers and two kinds of fibers, that stick to your eyelashes making them separated and beautifully long". Hum hummm! Japanese fiber mascaras are usually good, so.... Anyhow, Tsubasa is looking so cute! ♡♡♡

Also: it is easily removed with warm water - that's great!

page 003: Introducing the Volume type mascara! Says it is "a waterproof mascara with 'soft wax', that makes every single lash thicker". Hm, japanese mascaras are usually good, so I'd consider this if the price was right (inluding international shipping), but now I have some L'oreal mascara and Kanebo SENSAI 38 mascara - from my older sister, I like them!

Page 004: introduces the new eyeshadow palettes, in color #01 Brown. For Sweet Dolly look, cute but natural eye makeup.Well, who doesn't have a brown eyeshadow palette already? I have plenty! XD

Page 005: Eyeshadow palette #02 Grey Pink for Monotone Mode look. Ooh I like the styling on Tsubasa in this photo! But grey shadows, so generic... Also I don't think I'd use deep pink on my lower lid for everyday makeup.

Page 006: Eyeshadow Palette in #03 Blue Orange, for a look called Country Retro here. ;D Orange and blue and white and dark gray, hummmm... (-_-?) I like thestyling, but I don't need to buy the eyeshadows to get this look, soooo easily dupeable!

Page 007: Eyeshadow palette in #04 Green Pink, in a look called Colorful Pop. I think this is the cutest color combo in the eyeshadow palettes, but honestly, OVERALL, those are all so easily dupeable and nothing special about the palettes for me... The the price of 1,600 a piece plus international shipping, I'd rather get something else. I think the target for those eyeshadow palettes are die hard Tsubasa fans only. Rest of us, get 88 shadows palette from ebay and you don't need those! (O_o) For example, see this great post about how to get one of Tsubasa's looks without her eyeshadows, written by Al and S of CyutiiShortiis blog!

Page 008: Cream Eyeshadow in #01 Gold for Nudy Glamorous makeup and oh I want it, sparklyyy... (*_*) Although most brands have a cream sparkly eyeshadow like that, I still want it, because I love sparkly stuff... hahah! The photos of Tsubasa is also very pretty. Tsubasa's advice is to apply just a little bit to your lower lid, with a small brush or a chip, then it won't move! Anyways! Cute!

Page 009: Cream Eyeshadow #02 in Crystal. Lol, I want this one too.... Both cream eyeshadows can be used on their own or layered under powder eye shadows, personally I like to wear them like this for an extra sparkly oompf! on my eyes! (*_*)♡♡♡♡

The winter is here guys, sooo much snow, everyday around minus -10C degrees and so on... but it is lovely.
On friday I met with my best friend Gosia and we went to eat mexican, but that's how the streets looked!

Everybody is all zipped up and dressed warm, good thing I bought a big and warm ZARA down jacket last saturday, I would die without it... But with it, I can even wear thin clothing, because once I put on the down jacket, I AM WARM! （≧∇≦）ぶぁっはっはっ！！Take that winter, lol

Just some random deko in from of a restaurant, soooo pretty~ The only people getting excited over this was a 3 years old kid and me and my friend (26yo), lol.... (*￣∇￣*) エヘヘ Kinda retarded, I know, but we were just so happy to meet up after such a long time! Me and my BFF now both work, so meeting up is really hard!

Alos, my Salus order came and the hat-scart-ears-gloves thingy also came!! XD Honestly I won't wear it with my down jacket though, because then there's too much volume, making me look gigantic (=_=') But here's a small preview! When my other shopping comes, I'll post all of it! :D

CIRCLE LENS REVIEW: GEO Nudy Gray

Hello hello! I am back with a new circle lens review - the promised one for GEO Nudy gray! :D
Here's a photo of other lenses I already reviewed: GEO Angel Blue (click for the review!) and GEO Wing Honey. Now it's time for the lens on top, GEO Nudy series in color gray!

I ordered those lenses almost 1 year ago from Honey Color, paid with my own money of course, so here are my honest opinions. A pair or Nudy Grays cost me 19,90$ and it came with prescription and a free lens case (regular clear type). Stock photo (they look different in every stock photo, I swear! they look completely different on me! :P hate photoshopped or unclear stock photos.... ) and more photos from another online store (which I never used btw):

The lens diameter is 14mm, but as you can see in the top photo, the color comes all the way to the border of the lens and the enlargement is rather big! However, there is no black rim (only a gray delicate rim), so the enlargement, though big, is still very natural!!! Also the lenses blend soooo well with light eye color!! Definitely one of the best blending lens for bright eyes with big enlargement effect!!! They also show up well on dark eyes as far as I can tell from onilne photos, on light eyes the marbled glass effect is not so strong, but they still look super gorgeous! <3333

Both lenses in! Inside (artificial light), makeup and flash! As you can see even with flash my natural eye color is pretty much completely covered and the color change is more obvious with flash.... ahah, I kinda love this photo! (*_*)

Another characteristic point of GEO Nudy series is a big halo effect - if you look up or sideways, it will look like this. (Photo with flash). Some people don't like it, but I don't mind it, I must say I even like it a lot! <3

Now get ready for zoom photos!

This is no makeup and during daytime in front of a window - so brighter light than usually during the day in different places. It still blends well in such bright natural light IMO! Also you can see how big the enlargement is and the halo effect too.

With flash, no makeup. The "hole" in the middle is smaller than in Geo Angel series or Geo Wing series and the blending is much much better for bright eyes!

With makeup in super bright daylight - by the window in winter. The eye becomes more reflective and looks like a marble, super cute & "dolly" effect!

And during daytime standing a couple steps inside the room, this is the most natural light imo, not looking up at the sky, but in a room lightened partially by daylight, partially by artificial light (lamp. In this natural light, the lens completely blends with my natural eye color....

So to sum it up:

What I love about them? They come with prescription, blend with light eyes really well! Halo effect! Great enlargement! Super dolly and cute marble effect! Naturally change eye color! Comfort level is the best of all lenses I ever owned!
What I hate about them? I only have one pair that I'm supposed to throw away in 2 months top (used it almost a year now, boohoo). I want more colors and also want to try the GEO Super Nudy series like whoa! <333
Overall, I LOVE them!!!! 10/10

I will leave you with some FOTD photos! Taken today in the morning at work, lol, I am wearing a warm blouse to work because it is snowing all the time and it was -10c degrees in the morning, and -18c degrees yesterday! Haa~ So cold! But I love it! Anyways!

Just before leaving for work and seeing a friend before that, it was still dark, so photo with flash!

And during daytime in daylight with flash again.

Overall, those are my favorite circle lenses so far and I really do recommend them for people with green, gray and blue eyes! This is a circle lens design that looks great on both dark and light eyes, the blending inside the design is also perfect... cannot praise them enough. In my personal opinion, GREAT LENS!
