Product warning: farba do włosów L'OREAL Preference Ombre

Hiya! Just a quick warning post tbh. I usually write positive reviews about things I like, but this stuff was just so bad I thought I have to warn You about it. :O

So a while ago I was trying to lighten my hair - I cut it and tried permanent blonde hair colors just to lighten my dark blonde hair, but if course it didn`t work at all (because of my original color and lack of bleaching). My hair was already thin and damaged, it couldn have been a big factor too. But I found this at Rossman:

L'OREAL Preference Ombre (I used the middle one):

It`s a permanent hair color product supposed to give you an ombre (gradual change of tone/color) effect. WELL. Don`t do it. I applied it just like the instructions said and there was no ombre effect - my hair where the product was just got bleached to an awful organge-yellow color. And there was no gradation, it was just like a part of my natural hair STRAIGHT (some places irregular) LINE and bleached super ugly color. :O When I saw it I LAUGHED, lol. It was terrible. ;)

I don`t know how skilled you have to be to apply it and get the effect on the box... But my advice is - if you are not a pro - just spare yourself the embarassment and don`t do it. Later of course I had to get an asap hair dresser appointment to try to even out my hair color and I did get lighter blond and cut my hair even more, but the change in color is still visible - it`s not as sad though, can pass as "ok looking" if you don`t know how it came to be. XDD 

So, a big NAY. Dangerous stuff people.

PL: Zdecydowanie nie polecam stosowania tej farby. Nałożyłam ją na włosy według instrukcji, starając się robić schodki, tak aby powstał efekt ombre, ale nic z tego! Wszędzie gdzie była farba moje włosy zostały po prostu utlenione na tragiczny żółto pomarańczowy kolor. (._. `) Nie było żadnego stopniowego przejścia koloru, tylko wyraźnie odcięty inny kolor - tragedia. Oczywiście musiałam pilnie iść do fryzjera ratować głowę, z tym co "stworzyłam" nie dało się wyjść do ludzi... XD Tak wiec, serdecznie nie polecam. Lepiej iść do fryzjera i mieć spokój. Ja i tak po farbie i tak musiałam iść do fryzjera wiec trochę bez sensu ze się w ogóle w to bawiłam. :) Zwykle pisze pozytywne wpisy, ale uznałam, ze chcę i muszę uchronić wasze głowy od tego bałaganu ~ :3

Before xmas I ordered 3 OPI nail polishes, from the Skyfall collection. TBH I never was a big Bond fan, but it was a long time since I bought nail polish (except the Essie base/top coat from the previous post, but it was planned at the same time). I ordered The World is not Enough (glittery golden-brown with multicolor super tiny glitter) and Skyfall (almost brown, very deep dark red - I read someone describe it as "bull`s blood", which is disgusting but maybe accurate) for myself and Casino Royale (dark deep plum/violet-red) as a gift for my older sister, because she likes dark reds and violets on her nails. (‐＾▽＾‐）

 And Skyfall on my nails! :D I love it! It is such a "grown-up" color and perfect for fall & winter. ヽ(´▽`)/ (Please excuse my dry cuticles OTL, I should take care of them soon). Recently I`m hating on glittery nail polish because it`s a paaaaain to remove and eugh, I`m fed up with them, so getting those new colors is very exciting to me! :DD I am completely satisfied with my order. If you are wondering, I ordered this from eBay seller THECOLORELF. I can recommed her and I`m sure you`ll be happy buying from her! OPI nail polish in Poland is at least 3 times the original price so it`s nonsense to buy it here.

BTW, I also cut my hair yesterday! ヽ(´▽`)/  I was thinking about it for some time and I had a day off and little sleep and went a bit hyper and thought "if not now, then WHEN??" and just walked into the nearest hair salon and did it!! (well, with young and nice looking hair stylist girls, I would never let an awful looking hairstylist cut my hair - you know the type, dry bleached hair, awful dark accents, eww). XD So now I look like this!

New Year, new hairstyle! Why not? 

I used to have hair this long about 2 years ago and I`ve missed it. And my hair was dry and damaged anyway so it was better to chop them. ☆⌒（＊＾∇゜）v ヴイッ Maybe I`ll do something with the color too.

New hair color: L`Oreal Radiant Golden Brown

Hello there, dear visitor!
So today I changed my hair color!
When it comes to my hair I do everything by myself (cut, color, style), so probably that`s why it looks, well... not so great XD, but hey! At least it`s cheap (so I can experiment more) and ...it will grow out! ;D I`m totally not stressed by my hair situation, ;) Maybe even too laid back. ;))

Anyway, I wasn`t happy about my washed out blonde hair with pink ends, so I decided to go darker. And today at ROSSMAN I picked up this hair color: L`OREAL sublime mousse in Radiant Golden Brown (nr 53). It`s a foam hair dye and honestly it`s the only type I use recently. It`s just so simple to use and colors just as great as any other permanent dye, so I won`t go back to regular hair dye. :D I recommend this type of permanent hair color to everyone! And I tried out other brands too, but L`OREAL keeps the color the longest on my hair. :)

Before: washed out blonde with washed out pink tips... meh, was gettin bored of this and felt that shade of blonde looked "fake" on me, but in a bad way. :/

So I used L`OREAL sublime mousse in Radiant Golden Brown (super easy to use) after eating lunch, while I was watching Thor (to prepare my heart for the hotness that is AVENGERS! XD). It takes 30 minutes and a cat could do it. ;) On the right you can see the result with flash! (My hair is messy, because I just finished blow drying them). Happy about the result! 

Also: Of course I couldn`t let such a nice change to put on fake lashes if only for 15 minutes go. XD

long time no see: daily life update

Hello everyone!
I got into a blogging slump, sorry for that. But honestly I didn`t really buy a lot of new cosmetics and haven`t been very adventurous with my makeup neither. Recently I`m just working my job (which I really enjoy), feeling good, eating healthy and doing yoga! And that`s all.
I commited to eat more healthy (not go on a diet, just change my bad habits into better ones) and do just a little bit of any sport and I lost 6kg in 1,5 month! :DDD

Hello everybody!

How is 2011 treating you so far? 

For me, it was rather depressing and tough, so I decided I need an image change, to change all the negative energy around me and start anew! And I dyed my hair dark brown with red reflects! Actually the color was called "maroon" and I dyed my hair myself. It is not a permanent color, but one that - in theory - washes away after 24 washes. And since I wash hair everyday, that would last me a month top? But in reality the color stays longer, and I will dye it again when it starts fading. Maybe then I'll try another kind of brown? Hum humm, so many posibilities to play around with hair. ;P When feeling not so hot, changing something about your look (hair color, hair style, buy new clothes, start a new habit or chalenge) is a really good way to change your attitude too. Here is my old and new hair!

Also, as soon as MAC Champale hit the stores in Poland (which was January 2nd) I run to get my hands on it! I really really wanted the paintpots, but for some reason they were delayed in transport and they had everything from Champale for sale EXCEPT the paintpots, ahh... but they are supposed to be in stores soon (maybe there already?), have to call and ask soon. BUT, I did get something! The Soiree nail polish (I fell in love with after seeing swatches at Tempalia and she recommended it as well) and one lipgelee, Luxure, wich is a super glittery clear gloss - ohh, I looove it!! I will get another one of those I think! See my pictures and swatches below!

My nails were uneven, the nail polish applies even and easily, and those are jsut 2 layers, more than enough! I loooove this nail polish! Go get it, it is limited edition!

With flash, I looove the golden reflects, so pretty~

All the glitter in the lipgloss!

It is not overly sticky and stays on lips for a loooong time! It is not super moisturising on my lips though, so I always have to use lip balm or some kind of cream before I apply it - it just feels better. Also there is another one that looks almost identical to Luxure, but Luxure is more beige/golden/warm toned, while the other one is more white/pink/cool toned. Though they look almost identical in the tubes... oh well, I want to get it now after wearing Luxure for a couple days! 8D

And here are swatches on lips! It also looks wonderful over nudy lipstick, I like it on it's own, but it is also great over Cream Cup or Myth! :D

Ah, got to go and get the paintpots though! :D

☆ Some autumnっぽい shopping ☆

First post of November! I am planning to do a circle lens review post and post some looks with MAC's Venomous Villains mineralized eye shadows, but first... some things I ordered online today! Only two things, but very autumn-like :D

ALSO! I really really wanted to get this hat/scarf/gloves from LDS, but I had other things on my mind and then it was all sold out! ―(T_T)→　サクッ 

But! In the store newsletter (http://www.e-salus.jp) I saw that this store is selling something very similar! See below:

Ohh!! So as soon as I saw it I placed an order with the the help of my favorite shopping service (http://www.i-tm4u.biz/)! But I didn't want it in animal print, I wanted beige! But the light beige/ivory was sold out imidiately, but I got regular beige, this one:

Recent shopping. Shoes and more~

Ooooh!!! You wouldn't believe! Weather in Poland is so bad! It is already full on autumn here, but not the "golden leaves and romantic sunsets" kind of autumn, it is the "is you go out without an umbrella, you are asking for it!", raining every day and sooo gray and gloomy and  really really cold! (below 15c degrees!) :o

I must say I like rainy weather, well, I like practically any kind of weather, so I quite enjoy it... But then again I have  acharacter that does not stress over things  I have no control over, like weather, traffic, etc. I just am not capable of caring enought to get mad over it, I just take what's on that day and roll with it. ;)) 

Other people seem to be quite mad at the weather though! LOL

Anyway! To live through those cold days, I had to go shopping! XD 

I bought: loose clack gold from H&M, and a cute scarf, a knee-length khaki trench coat from PROMOD and 2 pairs of shoes! Cutie biker style bootie and beige/brown pumps. I had to imidiately take the pumps to a shoe fixing store though, the heel tops were already falling off... (=_='') 

Anyways, they are comfortable and cute!

I alos did some other shopping - after a long break, I ordered some japanese magazines with the help of my best sempai! :) This time he helped me purchase those magazines:

BLENDA september 2010!

I really really like BLENDA style, defintitely a favourite magazine. I am ane after all, Reiko's outfits are really pretty and inspiring! (≧∇≦*)(*≧∇≦)pキャー Also makes me want to wear red lipstick everyday! And red nails! 

Next, JELLY october 2010! Ah, I love love love this cover!!! Not only is it super cute already with pink*gray color scheme, it also has Miliyah!!! (≧∇≦*)(*≧∇≦)pキャー Sooo excited to get this!!! You know, there are always online scans, but for me, who likes to read all the small info and additional instructions under photos, having the real magazine in my hands is bliss :) I soend a couple hours on bed brownsing my magazines when they arrive (lol).

Hohoho~ My sempai asked if I am ordering some ero-books after seing the cover of this one online.... xD Oh well, Happie Nuts always delivers strong and sexy style and their makeup and hair and Sayoko and Saki Namba and Hiromi are just the best! :) And there is a cool present! A folded mirror with a skull motif, how cool! 。('-'。)(。'-')。ワクワク Oh, there is preview here at the wonderful Madeleine's blog! :)

And last but not least:

EMODA mook, aka catalog and styling book and "how to become more Ena" advice section?! (*￣∇￣*)エヘヘ *grabby hands* ALSO! It comes with 3 presents!!! A makeup poach, gel eyeliner and an eyeliner brush!!! Oh my, how luxurious!!! :D Anyway, cannot wait for my new babies to arrive~

I got an image change! 

 

I changed my hair color, basically, lol. And the weird thing is noone even notices! :o My friends were like "Oh, did you cut your hair?", "No, I went from blonde to brown hair", "Oooooooh, now I see! Wow I didn`t notice!"

At least I can wear red lipstick now (I am wearing my mom`s Cream in my coffe from MAC)! I am also wearing MAC #7 fake lashes in those pictures is you are curious. (Missha oriental herbs bb cream with some mineralize skinfinish natural powder in medium)

Some real life stuff? Thursday was a day off here in Poland and I got friday off too, so I can enjoy a long weekend! <33 Unfortunately I caught a cold on wednesday, as a sudden rain storm got me all wet in a couple second - I didn`t even have time to take out my umbrella from my bag - it was raining so hard. D:

But, I am still so happy about my long weekend! I went to see SATC2 with a friend and korean restaurant, yum yum... the movie is hmm fun in the beginning, but it`s kind of like they forgot to make up a proper plot ;) Today I had to go to see a doctor and do some chores, and cleaned the house, made dinner for my sister and booked a train to Gdansk - I am going to spend Saturday and Sunday by the seaside in Poland!!! :DDD Overnight train by myself, omg. Wish me a happy weekend and I hope you have a great one too <333 I hope my cold goes away! I am taking my maxi dress to the sea side! <3
